Do I get to be an RA next Year? (02/24/10/166)

So today I got my letter telling me weather or nor I had been chosen as an RA next year. The short answer was out of 150+ applicants only 60 were chosen and then there is a pool of applicants that were not chosen but if someone decides not to accept could be chosen. I was not chosen for now but even so by then its not worth it because I need to look for an apartment. Also I talk to my friends on skype to learn that it can’t three way video conference call yet so we search google and found something called OoVoO that can.
